Position Radar Refund Policy

Position Radar Pro is an optional paid subscription that currently includes access to the details of end-of-day position-status changes; you may also receive email notifications about eligible changes that match your notification settings. When sufficient portfolio context exists, Pro can provide a few comparable Decision Paths in NEXT and interpret the resulting allocation differences. The current subscription price is US$10 per month, billed monthly.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of any charge, for any reason and with no conditions. Refunds are returned in full to your original payment method.

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• After cancellation, you retain access to Position Radar Pro through the end of the current billing period.
• Once the current period ends, your subscription will not renew and no further fees will be charged.
• To cancel: sign in to your account and use the settings page, or email hello@uminlabs.com.

(This describes how to stop renewals and does not affect the 14-day refund guarantee in Section 2.)

In addition to the 14-day refund guarantee above, if a material technical failure attributable to Umin Labs renders the service substantially unavailable for an extended period, or if Umin Labs voluntarily discontinues the service, Umin Labs may also, on a case-by-case basis, provide a refund, an extension of your subscription period, or other reasonable compensation.

Where a refund is processed by our Merchant of Record (MoR), it will be handled in accordance with that provider's payment procedures and processing times.
