Position Radar Refund Policy

Notifications are an optional paid subscription. If you purchase a Notifications subscription, the applicable fees are charged according to the billing cycle you select.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of any charge, for any reason and with no conditions. Refunds are returned in full to your original payment method.

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• After cancellation, you retain access to the service through the end of the current billing period.
• Once the current period ends, your subscription will not renew and no further fees will be charged.
• To cancel: sign in to your account and use the settings page, or email hello@uminlabs.com.

(This describes how to stop renewals and does not affect the 14-day refund guarantee in Section 2.)

In addition to the 14-day refund guarantee above, if a material technical failure attributable to Umin Labs renders the service substantially unavailable for an extended period, or if Umin Labs voluntarily discontinues the service, Umin Labs may also, on a case-by-case basis, provide a refund, an extension of your subscription period, or other reasonable compensation.

Where a refund is processed by our Merchant of Record (MoR), it will be handled in accordance with that provider's payment procedures and processing times.
