Position Radar Refund Policy

1. Paid Services
Position Radar offers paid services. Certain features may require payment; if you purchase a subscription plan, the applicable fees are charged according to the billing cycle you select.
2. Refund Policy
Except in the circumstances set out in Section 4 of this policy, subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.
3. Canceling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- After cancellation, you retain access to the service through the end of the current billing period.
- Once the current period ends, your subscription will not renew and no further fees will be charged.
- To cancel: sign in to your account and use the settings page, or email hello@uminlabs.com.
4. Exceptions
If a material technical failure attributable to Umin Labs renders the service substantially unavailable for an extended period, or if Umin Labs voluntarily discontinues the service, Umin Labs may, on a case-by-case basis, provide a refund, an extension of your subscription period, or other reasonable compensation.
Where a refund is processed by our Merchant of Record (MoR), it will be handled in accordance with that provider's payment procedures and processing times.
