Position Radar Terms of Service

Position Radar is a position analytics tool for U.S. equity investors. It provides derived analytical insights based on technical indicators and portfolio allocation. The service is operated by Umin Labs.

To use Position Radar, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide a valid email address and complete account creation through the registration process available at the time.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and may not share it with anyone else. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, please notify hello@uminlabs.com immediately.

• Position Radar offers an optional Notifications subscription.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel.
• Subscription fees are charged according to the billing cycle of the plan you select.
• After a subscription fee is charged, you may request a full, unconditional refund within 14 days in accordance with our Refund Policy.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you retain access to the service through the end of the current billing period, after which you will not be charged again. (Cancellation stops renewals and does not affect the 14-day refund right above.)
• Our Merchant of Record (MoR) handles payment processing, taxes, invoicing, and related financial matters.
• Umin Labs does not store your payment information.

All information provided by Position Radar consists of derived analytical insights and is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute investment advice:

• Position Radar does not recommend buying, selling, or holding any security.
• The data displayed is not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.
• Historical data, technical indicators, and derived analytical results are not indicative of future performance.
• Investment decisions are yours alone, and you bear the associated risks.
• Umin Labs is not liable for any investment losses arising from your use of the service.

You may not:

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service to engage in unlawful activities
• Reverse engineer or bulk-extract the contents of the service (except as permitted by law)

Umin Labs reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the service where reasonable
• Change subscription rates (with at least 30 days' advance notice by email)
• Terminate accounts that violate these terms

The Position Radar brand, design, code, and derived analytical methods are owned by Umin Labs. The holdings data you submit remains your property. Umin Labs claims no ownership of your personal data. We will not publicly disclose your holdings data without your consent.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

If we make material changes to these terms, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
